Folks — in two weeks, America votes again. And between now and November 3rd, every pundit, every podcaster, and every cable-news “senior analyst” with a tan and a teleprompter is going to tell you what’s about to happen.
So before you hand any of them your attention, I want you to ask one question:
WHAT DID HE SAY LAST TIME?
Not what he says he said. What he ACTUALLY said. On tape. With a date on it.
Because there is a world of difference between the man who explains history AFTER it happens and the man who puts his name on the line BEFORE it happens.
I put my name on the line.
For six years, people called me crazy. They laughed. They wrote fact-checks. They told me Professor Toto didn’t know what he was talking about.
But here’s the beautiful thing about the internet, Class.
IT KEEPS RECEIPTS.
My broadcasts were recorded. My statements were dated. And the results are now in the history books, where nobody can edit them.
So let’s open the archive.
1. THE LION WOULD ROAR IN ‘24!
On January 20, 2021, Joe Biden took the oath. And a whole lot of good people went into mourning.
Eight days later — January 28, 2021 — I went on the air with a broadcast called “Did the Prophets Fail Us?”
The prophets said two terms. Everybody heard “back to back.” I told America: NOBODY SAID THEY HAD TO BE BACK TO BACK.
Then I told them to quit grieving and start strategizing — for the House, for the Senate, and for the White House.
While the country was writing Donald Trump’s political obituary, I was saying it out loud:
THE LION WOULD ROAR IN ‘24!
THE RESULT: On November 5, 2024, Donald J. Trump won the presidency. On January 20, 2025, he took the oath as the 47th President of the United States.
Four years to the day after they buried him.
2. TRUMP WOULD NOT RETURN ONE MINUTE BEFORE 2024!
Now — remember THOSE days?
March 4th was going to be the “real” inauguration. Then August was the month Trump would be “reinstated.” A famous pillow salesman told millions of people it was coming by summer. Podcasts made a fortune on secret military operations and miracle reversals.
Let me tell you what I did.
I REJECTED ALL OF IT.
Now some of my critics will say: “Toto, in November and December of 2020, you were fighting for Trump to win.” YOU’RE RIGHT. I fought for every constitutional remedy the law allowed, for as long as the constitutional clock was running.
But when that clock struck noon on January 20th, I didn’t invent a new clock.
I told America the Constitution had spoken, and the road back ran through ONE place — the ballot box in 2024. In August 2021 I called it the eagle’s molting season. A season of waiting. Not a season of magic.
THE RESULT: No reinstatement. No secret restoration. No March 4th. No August miracle. Trump stayed out of office for four years and came back exactly the way I said he would — through the 2024 election.
3. I TOLD AMERICA TO WATCH JANUARY 6!
Now we go back to where it all started.
Days after the November 2020 election, I sat down in front of a camera in Mississippi and recorded a video called “What Happens if Donald Trump Does Not Concede the Election.”
I explained something most Americans had never heard of — the TWELFTH AMENDMENT. That a concession speech is a custom, not a law. That if the electoral votes are disputed, the fight moves to Congress. And that if no one holds a majority, the House chooses the president — one vote per state delegation.
Within days, that video was everywhere. Religion News Service reported more than a million views across platforms. USA TODAY assigned a reporter to fact-check it. A small-town Mississippi preacher had the whole country talking about constitutional procedure.
Then I followed it up — in November and again in December — pointing America to the date where all of it would land:
JANUARY 6, 2021.
The joint session of Congress. The day the electoral votes are counted.
Before most Americans could tell you what the Twelfth Amendment said, Professor Toto was teaching it to millions.
THE RESULT: January 6, 2021 became one of the most consequential and controversial dates in modern American history. And a country preacher from the Gulf Coast became a nationally known voice.
4. RELIGIOUS EXEMPTIONS — THE CALL THAT SAVED CAREERS!
While America panicked over the jab, Professor Toto pointed to the exit door.
On August 10, 2021, I went on the air with “Is YOUR JOB Demanding THE JAB?”
I taught Americans about TITLE VII OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964 — the law that requires employers to accommodate sincerely held religious beliefs. I walked them through EEOC guidance. I showed them how to answer an exemption form, how to ground their conviction in Scripture — “your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost” (1 Corinthians 6:19) — and how to keep every piece of paper in case they needed it in court.
Write the date down, Class. August 10.
Because it was thirty days later — September 9, 2021 — that Joe Biden stood at the podium and announced his sweeping vaccine mandates.
I told my audience that wishful thinking wouldn’t save their jobs. Political promises wouldn’t save their jobs. Simply refusing wouldn’t save their jobs.
A religious accommodation might.
And I believe — with every fiber of my being — that teaching helped thousands of families keep food on the table.
THE RESULT:

In fiscal year 2022, religious discrimination charges filed with the EEOC exploded to 13,814 — more than six times the year before.

In 2023, the Supreme Court ruled 9–0 in Groff v. DeJoy, raising the bar employers must clear before they can deny a religious accommodation.

In 2024, a federal jury in Michigan awarded $12.7 million to a Blue Cross Blue Shield employee fired after her religious exemption was denied.
THIS WASN’T COMMENTARY. IT WAS A LIFELINE.
5. THE BATTLE FOR THE CHURCH DOORS!
When the government padlocked the churches and left the liquor stores open, I stood with the preachers who refused to close.
I stood with Pastor Tony Spell of Life Tabernacle in Louisiana — arrested for holding church. On June 7, 2021, I told America that his arrest had awakened a sleeping church, and that the Constitution would not let government lock the house of YAHWEH.
“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together” (Hebrews 10:25) isn’t a suggestion. It’s a command.
THE RESULT: In May 2022, the Louisiana Supreme Court ruled 5–2 that the governor’s orders were unconstitutionally applied to Pastor Spell and his church — and threw out the criminal charges. A year later, Louisiana voters wrote the right to worship into their state constitution. And from the U.S. Supreme Court on down, courts struck at COVID orders that treated churches worse than casinos and big-box stores.
They called him a criminal. The highest court in Louisiana called him RIGHT.
6. PRESIDENT BY PROXY!
On February 2, 2022, I made a call that had the “experts” scratching their heads.
I said Donald Trump would take back power without moving back into the White House.
How? Through the House of Representatives — and through the band of conservatives in that House who answer to him, not to the party bosses.
By July 2022, national religion media was quoting me word for word:
“He takes back over the government… we will have two presidents operating the country.”
Not a physical return. A return of POWER — directed from Mar-a-Lago.
THE RESULT: In November 2022, Republicans took the House. In January 2023, Kevin McCarthy needed FIFTEEN BALLOTS to become Speaker — the longest fight in 164 years — and he only got the gavel by handing the Freedom Caucus the concessions it demanded. Nine months later, those same members used one of those concessions to throw him out. And when the next Speaker was chosen, Trump’s word helped sink one candidate and seat another.
The man had no Oval Office. And Washington still moved when he spoke.
7. THE ARRESTS WOULD NOT STOP TRUMP!

Indictment after indictment. Mug shot. Courthouse after courthouse.
The talking heads were giddy. “This is the end.” “He’s finished.” “No one comes back from this.”
I said they were wrong. And I didn’t say it from a studio. I went to the courthouses and sounded the shofar — because I believed then, as I believe now, that YAHWEH sets up kings and removes them (Daniel 2:21), and no grand jury in Manhattan outranks Him.
MY MESSAGE: THE LION WILL STILL ROAR IN ‘24!
THE RESULT: Four criminal indictments. Ninety-one felony counts. A New York conviction on thirty-four of them. And Donald Trump still won his party’s nomination — and the presidency.
They threw the book at him. He climbed on top of it.
8. TRUMP WOULD BE THE LAST MAN STANDING!
July 2023. The Republican field was crowded. The donor class had its favorite governor. The pundits had their favorite former ambassador. Everybody was looking for the man who would finally replace Trump.
I said there was no such man.
THE RESULT: Ron DeSantis dropped out on January 21, 2024. Nikki Haley dropped out on March 6. Donald Trump was the last man standing — and then the last man to take the oath.
9. TRUMP WOULD TRANSFORM THE TWO-PARTY SYSTEM!
As far back as October 21, 2021, I went on the air with a broadcast called “DJT — One Man at Odds with Two Parties.”
Write that title down, because it says everything.
Donald Trump wasn’t running against the Democrat Party alone. He was running against the establishment of BOTH parties. In November 2023, I laid out where it was headed: Trump’s movement would rewrite the relationship between the voters, the party machinery, and the men who run Washington.
THE RESULT: The old Republican leadership is gone. The party of country clubs became the party of the working man. And in 2024 Donald Trump won the popular vote — the first Republican to do it in twenty years.
Is the transformation permanent? History is still writing that chapter. But the party Trump inherited in 2016 does not exist anymore.
10. COLORADO WOULD NOT KEEP TRUMP OFF THE BALLOT!
December 19, 2023. The Colorado Supreme Court ruled, 4–3, that Donald Trump was disqualified from the state’s ballot.
The left threw a party. I explained the appellate road — and why it ran straight to Washington.
THE RESULT: On March 4, 2024, the United States Supreme Court reversed Colorado unanimously. States cannot remove a federal candidate under Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment on their own.
Not 5–4. Not 6–3. NINE TO NOTHING.
11. PRESIDENTIAL IMMUNITY WOULD REACH THE SUPREME COURT!
While others were treating the immunity argument as a punchline, I told my audience it would become the central constitutional question of Trump’s defense.
THE RESULT: On July 1, 2024, the Supreme Court decided Trump v. United States — absolute immunity for a president’s core constitutional powers, and presumptive immunity for his other official acts.
The punchline became the precedent.
12. I HAD NO DOUBT TRUMP WOULD WIN!
October 30, 2024. Six days before the election.
The polls said coin flip. The networks said “too close to call.” The smart money was hedging every bet.
I didn’t hedge. I said I had NO DOUBT that Donald Trump would win.
THE RESULT: Trump defeated Kamala Harris with 312 electoral votes, swept all seven battleground states, and won the national popular vote. On January 20, 2025, he was sworn in as the 47th President of the United States.
THE RECORD IS THERE. GO EXAMINE IT.
Now Class — here’s the lesson.
Twelve calls. Each one dated. Each one on tape. Each one made while the outcome was still in doubt.
Some were predictions. Some were constitutional lessons. Some were legal roadmaps. But every one of them was made BEFORE history unfolded — not after.
The prophet Habakkuk gave us the standard more than 2,500 years ago:
“Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time… though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come.” — Habakkuk 2:2–3
WRITE IT DOWN. That’s what I did.
THOUGH IT TARRY, WAIT FOR IT. Four years of tarrying. And it came.
I am not asking you to take my word for any of this. I’m asking you to do what the fact-checkers never will:
GO BACK TO THE DATED BROADCASTS.
READ THE ORIGINAL TRANSCRIPTS.
COMPARE WHAT WAS SAID WITH WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED.
And then — in the next two weeks, as the midterm predictions roll in — hold every one of those prognosticators to the same standard.

13. THE NEXT RECEIPT — NOVEMBER 3, 2026
So now the big question. The one everybody in Toto-Town keeps asking me.
WHAT ABOUT THE MIDTERMS?
Before I answer, take out a pencil. Because most Americans — and most reporters — don’t understand how this works.
THE HOUSE IS THE GRAND JURY. It brings the charges. An impeachment is the political version of an indictment, and it takes only a simple majority.
THE SENATE IS THE COURTROOM. It holds the trial. And to convict and remove a President, the Constitution demands TWO-THIRDS of the Senate.
Write it down: THE HOUSE ACCUSES. THE SENATE DECIDES.
They have already run this play twice. In December 2019 and again in January 2021, the House impeached Donald Trump. Both times the case died in the Senate. The second time, they came up TEN VOTES SHORT.
And make no mistake — they want a third trial. The President himself told House Republicans in January: “They’ll find a reason to impeach me.”
So here is my call. And I am putting a date on it — October 18, 2026.
I PREDICT VICTORY IN THE MIDTERMS — VICTORY THAT WILL PROTECT PRESIDENT TRUMP FROM CONVICTION BY IMPEACHMENT.
Read that again, Class. Slowly. Every word is there on purpose.
The firewall holds. And Donald John Trump serves out his second term — every single day of it.
Now — the forecasters say the midterms belong to the Democrats. The betting markets say the same thing.
They said Hillary Clinton was a lock in 2016. They said Trump was finished in 2021. They said the indictments would end him in 2023.
You’ve just read how those turned out.
